Students registering and paying "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to admin@ihsed.org
Student volunteers: The success of the conference depends on the diligent work of student volunteers. If you would like to help at the conference in return for waiver of the registration fee, please contact the Student Volunteer Chair: admin@ihsed.org All student volunteer applications are submitted through the IHSED registration system.

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: registration@ihsed.org For written cancellations received on or before 1 Jan 2024, 90% of the registration cost will be refunded (including conference registration, tutorial fees, and reception dinner). 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation Janis received between 2 Jan - 10 Mar, 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 10 Mar, 2024. All cancellations must be submitted to the Conference Administration. All refunds are subject to $50 standard card processing fees.
